Siete Nacho Grain-Free Tortilla Chips
In 2007, the seven (or siete in Spanish) members of the Garza family went grain-free. They did this in support of their family member, Veronica, who was unable to eat many food ingredients due to her diagnosis of several medical conditions. There was only one thing. This family is Mexican-American and living in South Texas. Many of the foods they know and love contain grains. Veronica was determined to make family favorites in a version she and her family could enjoy. Thus, she got right to work on a grain-free tortilla chip.
She succeeded, and in 2014, Siete was born. Since then, they have perfected the art of making satisfyingly flavorful and crunchy chips that are not only grain-free but also dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, paleo, and vegan. Perfect for dipping or as the base for nacho night.
Besides dairy-free nacho, the Siete grain-free tortilla chips are also available in other flavors like sea salt or lime in a 5 oz bag.
