Omega-3 plus D-3 dosage is one softgel capsule. This daily dose provides 1,000 iu of vitamin D-3 and also 1,000 iu of Omega 3 Fish Oil, both. The exact measure of key omega 3s is 180 mg of Eicosapentaenoic (EPA) fatty acid, and 120 mg of Docosahexaenoic (DHA) fatty acid. D3 is a fat-soluble nutrient, and therefore, is more bioavailable taken within a fish oil product like this one.
